Selection wines

This is a highly individual wine and a prototype Gewürztraminer: brilliant, deep straw yellow and well concentrated with the unmistakeable aroma of dried flowers and rose petals that evolves and intensifies in the glass. Full-bodied, generous and concentrated but still refreshing, vivacious and dry on the palate.

Light, well aerated marly soil that warms easily.


On its own as an aperitif, with shellfish, Asian cuisine, and gorgonzola cheese.

Serving temperature

8° - 10° C


The grapes are lightly crushed upon arrival and the juice is left to macerate for a few hours with the skins. The mass is then pressed and the must is clarified through natural sedimentation followed by fermentation under controlled temperatures resulting in a unique, highly aromatic wine.
