A gold coloured wine of immense intensity and concentration that exudes a seductive fragrance. The aromas and flavours are reminiscent of exotic fruits like mango and papaya with a hint of pineapple and litchi. Opulent and ambrosial with bright acidity balancing the luscious sweetness that melts into a monumental finish.

Harvest takes place at the end of November. Highly ripe and flavourful grapes are picked by hand in small crates. The grapes are crushed lightly the juice is left to clear through natural sedimentation followed by fermentation in small oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine continues to mature in small barrels for 12 months and then for 6 months in bottle before market release.
