The Michei di Michei Müller Thurgau has a brilliant pale yellow colour with green highlights. Aromas of fresh fruit, green apple and bitter orange mingle with the delicate fragrance of linden blossom, acacia and nutmeg. This refreshing impression continues on the palate, where the wine remains light-footed due to an acid structure that is lively, but never too austere. A Müller Thurgau that convinces with aromatic depth.

Vinification

Grapes are lightly crushed upon arrival and the juice is left to macerate with the grape skins for several hours to enhance fruitiness. After a gentle pressing and natural sedimentation, the wine ferments under controlled temperatures. Post-fermentation, the Michei di Michei matures for 6 months on the fine lees and stirred weekly (bâttonage).
