Brilliant pale yellow in colour with subtle green highlights. Lively and refreshing bouquet with notes of green apple, lemon grass and a delicate hint of vanilla. Vivacious on the palate with harmoniously integrated, crisp, tantalising acidity. The interplay between fruit and floral aromas follows through and strongly characterises the wine.

Vinification

Immediately after the harvest the grapes are subject to a gentle pneumatic pressing in the cellar. The must is clarified by natural sedimentation and fermented using temperature control. A following period of refinement is carried out on fine yeast before the wine is bottled.
