The Pirchschrait vineyard at our Kolbenhof farmstead pays homage to Konrad Oberhofer, a pioneer of single-vineyard vinification in the 1930s. Martin Foradori Hofstätter’s grandfather was a trailblazer of the single-vineyard philosophy.
